RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At The Reef, operated by Christchurch School, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged;

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received;

  • Include its original tags, packaging, and accessories; and

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, accidental damage, or other customer-caused damage are not eligible for a refund.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email jpstitt@christchurchschool.org and provide:

  • Your name;

  • Your order number;

  • The item you want to return; and

  • The reason for the return.

Returns sent without first contacting The Reef may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying all return-shipping costs. Return-shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Except for an approved cancellation requested within 24 hours of purchase, original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. The Reef and Christchurch School are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during return transit.

24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund by contacting us within 24 hours after placing your order.

If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the order has already shipped, you must return it before the refund can be completed. The item must remain unworn, unused, and undamaged. You will be responsible for the return-shipping cost.

To request cancellation, email jpstitt@christchurchschool.org with your order number and the words “Cancellation Request.”

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 24–48 hours. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If an item does not meet the conditions of this policy, we may deny the refund and contact you regarding the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, email jpstitt@christchurchschool.org within 48 hours after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item and all original packaging until we provide further instructions.

Return Eligibility

The Reef does not designate any general product category as nonreturnable or final sale. However, every returned item must satisfy the condition and timing requirements stated in this policy.

Exchanges

To request a different item, size, or color, contact us at jpstitt@christchurchschool.org. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.

We may require you to return the original item and place a new order. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs associated with exchanges.
